At NVARO Digital, we apply the same precision to data protection that we bring to Python-based AI orchestration. This policy outlines how we handle your information with technical integrity.

Technical Stewardship

01

Minimalist Extraction

We only collect data that is strictly necessary for optimizing your Python workflows or maintaining our consulting relationship. If it doesn't serve a technical purpose, we don't store it.

02

Local Context, Global Standards

While we operate in Kuala Lumpur under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010, we align our internal standards with global benchmarks to ensure enterprise-grade security for our international partners.

03

Transparent Architecture

Your data is never a commodity. We do not sell or trade user information with third-party brokers. Access is restricted to necessary personnel and the specific infrastructure required to deliver our AI solutions.

"Integrity in AI development begins with how we treat the data behind the models. Privacy isn't a feature; it's a foundational constraint."
— Engineering Lead, NVARO Digital

Security Infrastructure

NVARO Security

Encryption at Rest

All sensitive identifiers are encrypted using AES-256 standards within our isolated database environments, ensuring your intellectual property remains confidential.

Secure Code Execution

When testing client AI models, we use sandboxed Python environments to prevent data leakage between different project silos.

Strict Access Control

We employ a principle of least privilege (PoLP) for our consultants, meaning only those directly assigned to your project can access relevant datasets.

Audit Logging

Every internal access to client-related records is logged and monitored for anomalies by our automated internal security tools.

Malaysian PDPA Compliance

NVARO Digital operates as a data controller for the information we collect through nvaro.digital and a data processor when handling data provided by our clients for AI training. We fully adhere to the 7 Principles of Data Protection as outlined in the Malaysian PDPA.
